Positioned 100 yards from the beach and a few steps from Sanremo’s famous Casino, this hotel offers spectacular panoramic views of the sea from its restaurant and South-facing rooms. The hotel was built in 1926, and has been run by the same family ever since. Franco Gaiani continues to keep his family's unaltered aim of providing wonderful hospitality, providing his guests with a variety of regional cuisine, a 600 m2 garden, parking for up to 30 cars and use of the large swimming-pool during the summer. To those who prefer to swim in the sea, the hotel offers a number of cabins on request. The hotel will be happy to host meetings in its 45-capacity convention rooms.

Franco Gaiani is the head of the third generation of the family to run the hotel, and has been dedicated to improving the comfort of his guests and the quality of the service since 1972. Throughout this time, the peacefulness of the hotel and its splendid location has never changed. On request, the hotel provides a shuttle service from the airport in Nice at an additional cost.
A rich buffet breakfast and a selection of Mediterranean cuisine is available daily. The hotel's American bar serves drinks on the terrace, around the swimming pool, throughout the day. The dining rooms overlooking the garden are ideal for ceremonies and business lunches.
